DESCRIPTION OF SUKUN CHIPS

Sukun is a crop alternative in Indonesia since 1920, initially these plants are not widely grown people, but now it is popular because it can be made a variety of food variegated from sukun for example: sukun fried, sukun getuk, sukun compote, sukun cake, sukun noodles, sukun klepon, sukundodol, sukun balls, sukun apemand raw material ofPekempek (typical food of Palembang) and others.
Because the food is made sukun flour then this show is very useful for human life. Right now sukun seeds amid much sought people to plant trees, because of their cropping is relatively easy, the production of the fruit is good and the benefits of fruit can be consumed for a variety of meals and selling price of fruit is beneficial and many other advantages that make a public appeal because sukun can make alternative food instead of rice.[1]
Hence the usefulness of sukun plants are quite a lot of benefits as mentioned above are in most rural areas Tulungagung. But by the late sukun chips popularity began to decline. This is evident from the recognition of one seller of breadfruit chips in traditional markets ngrance.
